Mr. Amrish Kumar Garg is the visionary Founder and Managing Director of Bill Tech Electricals. After complete of his technical education, he began his career with a leading and reputed brand, where he quickly rose to the position of Plant Head at just 24 years of age.
Early in his career, he gained valuable technical expertise and market insight, which led him to identify a major gap in the availability of high-quality yet affordable electrical products. Driven by this vision, he established Bill Tech Electricals in 2002 with a clear focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Under his dynamic leadership, Bill Tech has evolved into a trusted name in the electrical industry. Today, the company has successfully expanded its footprint to 12 countries and operates across more than 7 Indian states, continuing to grow through innovation, reliability, and a customer-centric approach.
Mr. Ashwani Kumar Nagpal serves as the Director of Operations at Bill Tech Electricals, bringing over 45 years of extensive industry experience. A qualified Mechanical Engineer (BE), he has held leadership roles in several renowned organizations including the Legrand Group (France), BCH Electric Ltd. (formerly Bhartia Cutler Hammer), Uptron Colour Picture Tubes, Escorts Ltd., Indian Telephone Industries Ltd., and KG Khosla Compressors Ltd.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Nagpal has successfully led key functions such as operations, project management, product industrialization, industrial and process engineering, and quality management. His vast expertise plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and product innovation at Bill Tech Electricals.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Mr. Nagpal is actively associated with the Quality Council of India as a trainer and assessor for Lean Manufacturing and ZED (Zero Effect Zero Defect) schemes for MSMEs—reinforcing Bill Tech’s strong focus on quality, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
Mr. Dinesh Chandra Tiwari serves as the President of Operations at Bill Tech Electricals Private Limited. With a distinguished career spanning over 40 years, he brings in-depth expertise across the automobile, light engineering, and low-voltage switchgear industries.
A significant part of his professional journey—27 years—was with C&S Electric Ltd. (a Siemens Group company), where he held various senior leadership positions and contributed significantly to the company's growth and operational success. He has also held key roles at other renowned organizations such as LML Ltd., Hero Motors, and Metro Appliances.
At Bill Tech Electricals, Mr. Tiwari's extensive experience and strategic leadership play a vital role in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and supporting the company’s expansion and innovation efforts.
Mr. Abhinav Garg serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Bill Tech Electricals, where he combines his expertise in supply chain management with IT-driven solutions to enhance and optimize the company’s sales operations.
A Computer Engineering graduate with a Master’s degree in Management specializing in Supply Chain, Mr. Garg has worked across diverse industries and with leading organizations such as Capgemini and Cogoport. Having lived and worked in different cities around the world, he brings a global perspective and a blend of best sales practices to Bill Tech.
His innovative approach and customer-centric mindset have led to significant improvements in customer service and sales efficiency, playing a key role in Bill Tech’s continued growth and modernization.
