Bill Tech’s manufacturing infrastructure is highly specialized to match its complexity of products & volumes which is a blend of mechanical precision, electrical engineering & rigorous testing.
The infrastructure has four state-of-the-art manufacturing plants located in Delhi NCR region. The plants Infrastructure include sheet metal fabrication, powder coating. assembliy lines, R&D test laboratory, backed-up with tool room.
Sheet metal fabrication facility includes CNC laser cutting, CNC press brake, MIG, TIG, and resistance welding machines to produce enclosures and other critical components.
Assembly lines follow lean manufacturing system such as one-piece-flow cellular assembly lines having built-in flexibility to manufacture varying volumes.
The powder coating facility is equipped with 8-tank phosphating line to ensure highly level of corrosion resistance and durable finish.
All the plants have integrated quality management system and are certified ISO 9001.
Bill Tech’s warehousing and logistics infrastructure is built to ensure availability of products, timely and accurate deliveries to meet the complexity and scale of customers’ orders.
Bill Tech’s multistorey warehouse is strategically located near the transportation hub in NCR so as to minimise delivery lead times. To provide better service and reduce delivery time for our customers, we are also operating warehouses in Indore, Jaipur and Ahmedabad.
The warehousing and logistics team is well experienced and works with network of reliable transport partners thus ensures swift dispatches, on-time deliveries and safe handling of products.
All our products are packed using industry grade materials to withstand handling and transit challenges thus minimizing the risk of damages.
Bill Tech’s in-house R&D is serving as a backbone of our company by developing and introducing innovative products which are energy, efficient and cost effective to meet our customers’ ever rising expectations.
Our R&D is also working continuously to offer customized products across the product range including LV switchgear, LED lights and other products in the range.
R&D test laboratory is fully equipped with test equipment for switchgear and LED lighting products. This enable us to do rigorous testing and validation of new products and also to assure performances of existing products.
